Cancellations provided with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. For cancellations under 24 hours, a 50% fee is applied. No-shows are charged at the full rate. Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will provide the remaining session time, but the full fee will apply.
